About this curriculum
What this is
Trust & Transform is the preparatory pathway of the Energiebewegung curriculum. Before the deeper practices of the Taoist Magnetic Body can take root, the emotional and energetic field needs to be clear — freed from the residue of old trauma, unresolved grief, and the habitual contractions that block genuine inner work.
This is not therapy, though it is therapeutic. It is not spirituality bypassing the body. It is the methodical clearing of the ground so that cultivation becomes possible.

Each method works at a distinct level. Together they address the emotional body, the relational field, and the subtle energetic structure — systematically preparing the practitioner for the inner cultivation work that follows.

Students who complete the T&T pathway enter the TMB work already attuned.
